Confidential: Your information is private and confidential with us. We do not share your resume until you accept the referral.

Arrive Prepared: We realize everyone wants to be at their best in this competitive job market and we want to help you succeed! Please allow 15 minutes to complete our application, interview, post interview paperwork and contract review.

Dress: Business to business casual. Hair should be tied back, neat manicure and no perfume, cologne or scents. A professional image that demonstrates you are prepared to work in a dental office.

What to bring with you to your Interview with North Idaho Dental Personnel:

All Applicants: Current resume or curriculum vitae and reference page

​

Clinical Positions: DA, RDA, RDH, DDS/DMD

Required: CPR, ID X-Ray, Pocket license

Recommended: Hepatitis B immunization, TB test results within the last 12 months

RDH Optional: Laser Certification

RDA Optional: Advanced/Specialized Certifications: Oral Sedation, Orthodontic, etc.

DA Recommended: Dental Practice Act and Infection Control Certificates

DDS/DMD Required: Declaration page of professional liability insurance
